Formed in Tamworth in 1984, Wolfsbane’s true beginnings as Gods of Rock happened in ‘86 with the arrival of Steve Danger, igniting a chemistry that would define them as one of Britain’s most explosive live bands. Fusing Hard Rock, Metal, Punk, Glam and Pop into a sound entirely their own, the Tamworth Terrors built a fearsome reputation through relentless touring, chaotic, high-energy shows, and a dedicated fanbase, affectionately known as “Howling Mad Sh*theads”.

Rave reviews in Kerrang! and Sounds and support slots with Motörhead, King Diamond and Faith No More brought them to the attention of legendary producer Rick Rubin, who signed them to his newly-formed Def American record label and flew them out to Los Angeles to record their debut album, ‘Live Fast, Die Fast’.

Wolfsbane toured almost constantly during the late 80s and early 90s, sharing bills with Iron Maiden, Motörhead, Ozzy Osbourne, Alice Cooper, Anthrax, Overkill, Sepultura, The Almighty, The Wildhearts, and The Quireboys, amongst others, before Blaze Bayley was recruited to replace Bruce Dickinson in Iron Maiden in 1994.

After a 14-year hiatus, Wolfsbane roared back into action in 2007, spawning the albums ‘Wolfsbane Save The World’ and 2022’s acclaimed ‘Genius’, proof that the fire still burns. In 2025, they reclaimed their legacy with ‘Live Faster’, a blistering re-recording of their debut album as it was always meant to sound.

Expect a career-spanning setlist, packed with ‘Manhunt’, ‘I Like It Hot’, ‘Kathy Wilson’, ‘Temple Of Rock’, and plenty of fan favourites from Wolfsbane’s back catalogue on this very special anniversary tour.
